Introduction

This document contains important information regarding the Terms and Conditions of Service which apply to your account with ClassifiedParkingLot.Com. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY, retain it for future reference.  Please note that the information contained herein is subject to change without notice.

General Provisions

In consideration for ClassifiedParkingLot.Com maintaining one or more accounts (each "Account"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

"We" "Us" or "Provider" or "ClassifiedParkingLot.Com.".

"You" "Your" "Client" "Customer" or "Member."  Each person or entity who applies for internet ad service or is a designate of anyone who applies for internet ad service .

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Internet is a complex network of equipment, services and providers of information, thus the Service may not be available to you at all times. ClassifiedParkingLot.Com will pursue all resources and channels available to maintain availability to you, however, ClassifiedParkingLot.Com is not responsible for any interruption in service or down time that may occur, whether due to the act or negligence of ClassifiedParkingLot.Com. If you are not satisfied with such occurrence of interruption or down time, your only recourse is to relocate your ad to another provider.

ClassifiedParkingLot.Com MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES IT PROVIDES. Neither ClassifiedParkingLot.Com nor anyone else involved in the provision of Service is liable to you or any third-party for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use, non-use or non-availability of services provided herein, whether or not such damages resulted from the negligence of ClassifiedParkingLot.Com, even if ClassifiedParkingLot.Com has been advised to the possibility of such damages.

ClassifiedParkingLot.Com will provide ad space rental ("the Service") to its members/users/customers/client for the express purpose of allowing customers/general public access to Internet advertising content.  ClassifiedParkingLot.Com customers will use the provided services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable state and federal laws or provisions.  ClassifiedParkingLot.Com provides the Services exclusively and makes no effort to edit, control, monitor or restrict the content of data other than as necessary to provide such Services.  If any of the below activities are committed, ClassifiedParkingLot.Com can terminate client's account without notification.

Client Content. Client agrees that any ad files uploaded to our servers will not violate any state, federal or foreign laws or regulations; will not infringe on any intellectual property rights of ClassifiedParkingLot.Com or any third party; are not defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous; are not threatening or harassing; are not discriminatory based on gender, race, age or promotes hate; does not contain viruses or other computer programming defects which result in damage to ClassifiedParkingLot.Com or any third party.  Customers may not run IRC, bots or clients.  Unacceptable uses also include: bulk e-mailing, unsolicited e-mailings, newsgroup spamming, pornographic content or links to adult websites, MP3, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, warez, cracks, software serial numbers.

Payment Obligations: Full payment is required in advance before your ad will be displayed /established on ClassifiedParkingLot.Com.  You grant ClassifiedParkingLot.Com the right to debit the credit card or account you provided on the Order Form for services you signed up for, until such service is cancelled by you in writing or is cancelled by ClassifiedParkingLot.Com according to terms of this Agreement. You warrant and represent that the information you supply in the Order Form (or other information that ClassifiedParkingLot.Com may require) is accurate and truthful.  All payment-due notices will be sent by electronic mail.  No bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail or fax.  If payment is not received by at least  4 days prior to the ad start date, your account will be terminated and the ad will not run.

Renewals: Your account will not be automatically renewed, it will run only until your ad end date.  This is a for fee service and information for ads will be included only if ads are paid for prior to the ad start date.

Cancellation is allowed but is at the sole discretion of ClassifiedParkingLot.Com.   All cancellations must be received in writing, before the indicated ad end date by regular mail or e-mail; fax notifications are not acceptable.  Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

If your account has been cancelled by us due to a breach of the terms and conditions on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund.  Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

By using our site you further acknowledge that you realize that this is not an adult content site. You also agree not to use this site for any illegal, immoral or illicit activity.  We at ClassifiedParkingLot.Com accept no responsibility for any content added to this site by persons, organizations or any other groups. We will try to eliminate any offensive material.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or any group whose ad is considered unfit or inappropriate for ClassifiedParkingLot.Com.
